Ford Dana 60 guru's enter

The Ford dually hubs are a lot more desirable than GM ones because they didn’t make near as many. Someone will probably trade you single wheel hubs for your dually ones.

The brakes are a little bit bigger from ‘95 to ‘97. The holes that hold the dually hubs are not as big as the ones in the single wheel but you can just drill them out.

The TTB Dana 50 hubs are the same as the Dana 60. The spindles are slightly shorter on the inside of the Dana 50.

You got any tech to add about this that we might have missed above?
It looks like you guys have covered most all of it. On the balljoint ford 60’s (92-97) you can use the 50TTB spindle due to the caliper mounting being different than a kingpin. But since you’ve got an 86-91 axle that doesn’t matter. The TTB hubs being a direct swap is nice, just be warned that you’ll want to use an older GM 14 bolt since ford stayed with standard thread studs until 99 where GM stuff went metric in 88. Edit-or just change the studs obviously. My 92 K2500 has a ‘74 14bFF In it with metric studs swapped in

The metric studs out of a 2001 to 2010 GM 2500HD or 3500 will fit in the 1980 to 1997 Ford hubs if you use the entire slip on rotor and calipers from the GM with the bracket kit from WFO. I bet they would work with the Ford rotors too.
