My father-in-law is looking for a rebuildable Ford FE 390 for his 66 Galaxy. He lost the current block on first start up after a complete rebuild and is not having any luck searching on FB marketplace. He is located just north of Indianapolis, IN.

It's very short notice and probably won't work, but if you can find one on marketplace today in the Washington Courthouse, OH area (well, close enough range to purchase it today), I am heading to the Kokomo area in the morning.

Yep, too short notice as I was busy picking up another K30 today after work. My FIL has been working on this car for 30 years and the current paint job is clearcoat over primer because he couldn't decide on color.
many FE blocks can be 390s. All it take is a 4" bore and the 390 rotating assembly.
