Is the radiator in good condition?
Yes, no leaks before I pulled it and it kept a stock 454 cool for 3-4 weeks I drove it.

Flange style yoke on the front output. How does $12 shipped sound?

So you are not doing the 5.9 cummins swap on your CUCV anymore?
I might be interested if it lasts a couple of weeks until I move to my new house.

I want to do the swap, but I have a few bills I need to pay off right now as well and I need to get a couple vehicles running reliably. The cummins project would be long term and expensive, even with the motor already in my shop. I'll just have to do it later down the road if the motor sells... if it doesn't sell... I'll just leave it sitting in my shop until I can afford it.

Oh well I guess I am not the only one like that.
I just sold one of my good running 6.2l engines yesterday with the flywheel and clutch (expensive items I was lucky to find rather cheap) because of the same issue. :doah:
I am selling most of my projects and parts, and moving to a better house with less room for junk, and just had a baby girl 2 weeks ago so not much time to work on a million projects. :D
Good luck.

Possibly interested in the 6.2 starter. Is it a gear reduction version or standard?

It is the standard 6.2L stock starter. Only reason I'm not saving it for a spare is because I have a brand new gear reduction starter sitting on the shelf :D But if your looking for a gear reduction starter you can find them on ebay brand new for about $100 plus shipping. If your still interested in this one PM me your address and I'll check shipping.

I am also interested in the 6.2 starter. How much shipped to 77056, Business address.
I don't have a weight on it so I'll have to check that when I get home this weekend. If you don't hear from me by Saturday night send me a reminder PM as I tend to run around like a chicken with its head cut off on the weekends since I am gone all week. :haha:

The "standard 6.2L stock starter" for a '90 K5 is gear reduction and that's why I asked. Looking for an trail spare but gear reduction is not a necessity.

Shipping address is 43319. Let me know

ah, thought the gear reduction didn't start until the 6.5L... but this one is off an '84-85 motor. I'll get a weight this weekend when I get home and check shipping for both of you.

The 6.2L starter is 30#.

Shipping would be about $30.50 to 43319
and $24 to 77056

Thanks for checking, but I will have to pass.
