Ford part number issue *arrrrgh

This is what I am using on fordparts.com looking for the cast ones..

F81Z-18183-AA

What the hell am I doing wrong? Ive been researching this part number for about an hour!

Can someone tell me if its wrong, or even send me a link to an online storefront that sells these? HELP! Need to buy them asap to finish my front end work..

A quick search and i found them available from... http://www.texasmotorsfordparts.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=searchCatalogOEM&siteid=214462

Just paste the part number into the box that says "search by OEM part number" and check Ford as the make and they'll come up. They are $23.00 each.
