Found a pretty major problem. Now what?

any directed reading on the subject if I decide to mess with it? I probably won't, but if the steering is loose I might like to try.

i was told that you tighten it untill you can feel it get tight in the middle of steering range, then back it off a lil and tighten it down.

im sure 4x4high will have the correct procedure for you

Colby, here is the CORRECT procedure for making the adjustment. You'll need an in/lb torque wrench of the dial type preferably or a beam type (the dial is MUCH easier to use for this). Read the "overcenter preload torque" and then "overcenter preload specifications"
