Found a sticker

on my 79 k5 springs. Apparently they've been swapped at least once. Stanley springs 22-400

Leaf spring 22-400 is the front spring on 73'-91' Chevy and GMC K10/1500, K20/2500, K30/3500, V10/1500, V20/2500, V30/3500, Blazer, Jimmy and Suburban. The OEM part number is 6260625.

If i recall correctly, factory front springs are 3” wide, these look to be aftermarket stock height springs that are 2.5” wide.
