FRAME BEEF = COMPLETED!!!

Hey all, well I'm sure some of you remember my post when I started beefing up the frame by removing the rivets and replacing with Grade 8 bolts and stitch welding for added strength.
Now I've redesigned the engine crossmember to give added strength and to allow for the crossover steering conversion I'll be doing in the next few weekends. Also I've added the ORD weld in steering box kit and triangulating bracket. If you look close you'll see a BEEFY crossmember in front thats welded on the frame right above the leave spring eyes for even more stability and strength. Take a look and tell me what you guys think.....

Thanks... Yah it definitely stiffened things up in the front. Spent the whole weekend on it and have a sunburned head from the sun and sunburned arms from the welder

Who is going to keep constant vigile on all of those bolts to make sure they dont loosen up?? It looks nice, but if you wheel it plan on alot of nut and bolt tightening.

I thought I was wrong once,
but I was mistaken

Each bolt has the nut put on with both loctite and a small tack to keep them from loosening. Need to remove the nut for whatever reason I use an impact and it breaks the tack weld like it wasnt even there. Thanks for the tip though...
