Here is a cross post to another forums. Be cautious of the oil you get free, some are saying its not good for a DD or cars/trucks with Cats. But someone might have an application for this oil. So, imma sharing .

You first have to pay for a case of SYNTHETIC RACING oil, THEN you can fill out the rebate form and mail it back in for UP TO $50.00 back. You guys ever price Valvoline VR1 Synthetic racing oil lately? Going to cost you close to 100.00 for a case and you'll get back about half so that case ISN'T FREE.

8.19/qt x 6 = $49.14 before tax but unless the synthetic is cased differently there would be 12 quarts to a case which means $98.28 and you'll only get back $50.00 on the rebate so it's still going to cost you $48.28 for that FREE CASE.

I think the Valv synthetics I've bought have been 6/case.
Just called AZ, 8.19/6/case...
