from a th 350np 203 too sm 465/205 combo

i have a question , i now have a th 350/np 203 combo under my 75 k5, and want too change it too a sm 465/ np 205 combo do i need too redrill the frame or will this combo fitt right under ( i now that the 205 is shorter) and what are the weak point of the 465/np205 combo?

Make sure you get the crossmember with the 205,I had to re-drill my frame to fit. Weak points are the mech. linkage on the 465 and possibly the slipyoke ( if yours has one) on the 205. Otherwise it's bullit proof...
