I had a sometimes leak like that. Figured out if the axle was at the wrong location in it's rotation when parked. Axle had rust at the bottom on the seal surface. Speedi sleeved it and new seal fixed it. Did both sides.
I am in the process of rebuilding my front 10-bolt. So far I have it torn down, cleaned, and getting ready to re-install all of the parts. You could be leaking from the inner wheel seal, or the spindle seal. Like these guys said, you have to remove "everything" to get to the seals.
