Don't know I'll check, unless you know off hand what a '73 Dana 44 uses.

What are these for?

they were on a 89 10 bolt with the jb7 or 8 (which ever is hydro boost)
44 should be 7/16, and 10 bolts should be 10 mm.

i know my brother drilled his out to work. or you could always swap out to the larger newer front caliper like I did on my other front end
