Now lets not forget that rotors that are solidly mounted to hubs via the wheel studs are lug centric meaning that they are centered using the wheel lugs while being mounted to the hub and most cars are hub centric meaning that they center on the center hole of the rotor against the centering hub (for lack of a better description) of the wheel hub.
