i am in the process of putting in a 454 and want to remove the want to remove the front clip to make life easier.i read that there are 12 bolts that hold it to the body.where are they all located?i found the 4 under the cowl and it appears that there is 1 behind the lower corner of each door.any help would be great.thanks.

It's possible to remove the front clip as one unit, it's pretty quick & easy.
Remove the cowl
There's two fender bolts there per side on top.
Another fender bolt at the bottom of the fender by the door.
Two radiator core support bolts
Remove the bolts holding the inner fenders to the frame etc.
Leave the hood closed.
Find a friend and lift off.
This pulls the radiator too, so obviously drain it & detach all hoses or remove the rad. from the core support.
