I'd like to know the torque specs for pinion nut + the turning torque for bearing pre-load on a 10 bolt corporate.

I forgot: does the 10 bolt pinion have a crush sleeve on it???
Yes it does.
GM 10 bolt 8.5" ring gear the pinion bearing preload is 20-25 in. lbs. for new bearings or 5-15 in. lbs. for used bearings. The 10 bolt does use a crush sleeve.
