Front drive shaft.

You should be fine. I would be running the same drivetrain setup in my 92 with the drivers drop np241 and hp ford axle. I'm running 52" springs up front and 7-8" of lift with a stock 1990 k5 blazer front driveshaft and grinded CV stops.

When you guys run the 52" springs up front, do you run the whole pack or remove a spring or two from the bottom?

I ask because on the old rear springs I replaced only the top 4 springs are still usable, the bottom two on both packs were broken. I haven't messed with it much yet because, a: I haven't had time, and b: I finally have the stance dialed in (even tire to fender front and rear) the way I want it.

I'm running the whole spring pack, just with the bottom overload spring removed. The springs were 5 leafs plus the 1 overload.

I would assume for the high pinion design the Ford sports originally. Atleast, thats what I would do.

When you take out the 3" body lift, I would recommend installing a 1" ORD body lift in its place.
