Kept bending front springs and didnt like the way they acted so I am linking the front to start off with.

Heres some specs:
3 link with panhard
16" Fox 2.5" air shocks
1 1/4" Chromolly/Kevlar heims on the lowers
7/8" Chromolly/Kevlar heims on the uppers
2"x.500" DOM lowers
1.5"x.250" DOM uppers

I pushed the front axle 4" forward and am now at a 117" wheelbase.

Heres alot of pictures, they pretty much speak for themselves.

Let me know what yall think I still have some gusseting to finish up.

Ow yea and I started this on Tuesday and have been working on it a few hours a day after work. Im tired!!

That is sexy. Very nice! Was wondering if you had to do it over again would you keep the pass side pan hard bar mount that low and still bend the pan hard bar or would you move the mounting point a lil higher to avoid the bend?

Me So Hornayyy!... Nice work. Why just the 3 link and not 4? You concerned at all about the single upper link being so far from the center of the housing? Axlewrap? Or is this a stupid question cause im a linked suspension newb?

Is the steering push-pull in some way?
With the tracbar anchored to the frame on the pass side and a normal x-over draglink you'll have some interesting bumpsteer.

That was about my only choice. If I raised it up I wouldnt have hardly any uptravel. I could move it inside the frame on the axle but then my panhard bar would be so short that the axle will walk alot when it flexes.

I dont have the clearance around the motor to get enough triangulation. If I did a parallel 4 link with a panhard they tend to bind up in extreme flex situations. The third link should be plenty strong only thing that could really happen is spinning the plug welds but thats not to big of a issue on a D60 like it is on a 14b.

My ram is push pull:D

(Im running full hydro)

Any idea what the antisquat numbers are? Just trying to get a feel for how others are setting up linked suspensions.

are you using air shocks in the front? If so what kind. I was thinking about converting to air shocks in the rear. possibly the front too but not sure if i want to lose my stability.

Ill run it through the calculator for ya when its all done. But I can say they will be pretty low.
