While pulling the axles of the donor truck, the PO failed to use any anti-seize and we had to beat, cut and otherwise mutilate the bolts and everything around the front spring eye to get them out. Any ideas where I can find replacements sleeves for the front spring bolt? I can't find them anywhere and the spring mfg says it's an obsolete part no longer available.

I'd just replace it all with poly bushings. You'll get new steel sleeves with the new bushings.
Good idea. Any vendors here offer them?
Oh yeah, pretty common upgrade. Check ORD, they probably have what you need sitting in stock.
