Thanks all for the help. I adjusted the wheel bearings and replaced the auto hubs with a set of Mile Marker manual hubs. This should be fine for now considering I don't do any off road and don't have the budget now for a set WARN hubs.
I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Those auto hubs were a good idea but they never were very reliable. They were better than the axle disconnects on the later IFS trucks though.
Now you will know for sure if your hubs are locked or not.
