I took this converter out of my blazer with less than 5k miles on it. The transmission had a solenoid malfunction causing it to lose its mind. I got pissed off and snatched it all out in favor of a manual.
I loved the feel of this converter while it was installed. The transmission did not frag, so the converter is not full of debris. BUT I DO RECOMMEND FLUSHING the converter just in case.
