i am converting a diesel over to gas. today i picked up a gasser wire harness and it has the one pink wire that goes back to the fuel tank. my diesel harnes has a yellow and a pink/redish looking wires that go back there. which one do i need to splice into with my new harness? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

I seem to recall the "Water in fuel" sensor wire being yellow. I'd splice the two pinkish wires, in fact that's what I did (I'm almost 100% sure)

Hey, save anything of the diesel wiring you can for me... I'll be converting my gasser to diesel soon /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

you are welcome to the wire harness. i also have all the a/c stuff if you want it. also you will want the throttle cable too cause its longer. when you come buy to pick up that axle you can snag that stuff if you want. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

also have the auto trannie lines. they run to the drivers side. i picked up a gasser radiator and lines this weekend.

I'll take all the extra stuff except for the tranny lines /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif I have a 4 spd and dont need auto tranny stuff. Gotta convert my '79 K10 first then build a second truck from scratch for wheeling (seeing how I have 75% of all the parts I need to do it) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
