I removed flywheel cover and it's all dry there. Then did little experiment - I hung long stripes of rags off different spots around transmission pan. It's like @imiceman44 said. Leaking from TV cable base. There's some silicon around it already but apparently doesn't help.
How do I proceed? Remove TV cable and put the new one in? Do I need to drop the transmission pan?

at 2:59 the guy says that the new transmission comes with rubber seal for TV cable. Then he says brand new TV cables also come with the rubber seal and that ONLY ONE seal is needed. On the video he removes the seal from TV cable. @imiceman44 - would you know if there is 1 seal or 2?
Also, would you know if it's TH350 TV cable or 700R4 TV cable? I hear they are slightly different.

No pan drop. Take old out,there should be no silicone on the part. Remove said silicone and then the old cable. Check to see if there is a seal in place. If you have a new cable with seal, i would remove old seal if present. Do not get any crude in trans!!!!! Install new cable and follow the instructions.

Should I bleed ATF somehow first? I presume the moment I detach that TV cable all remaining ATF will flood out.
I would think a much that has drained out so far ,it would have found it level.

It's constantly leaking. About 1 drop every 5 sec. I finally put the car in the garage, prepared the floor with bunch of waste paper, removed all old silicone and checked the TV cable 10mm bolt. It wasn't loose but it wasn't super tight either. I tightened it by about 1 full rotation. I'm aware that if I overdo I would screw up the thread in transmission case so I didn't push it. I hung fresh rag around the base. I will check in few hours if that new rag is all wet or not.

Hard to get quality picture but on this one I think it looks like the TV cable might be incorrectly seated. What's your bet?

is the hold down set flush with the opening all the way around?
is there a chunk of case missing center of tube?

I don't think the TV cable is fully seated on the case. The red line is laid right over the straight edge of the case. The blue line is following the bottom edge of the tv cable housing. I think what is holding the left end up is the chunk of silicone/rtv on the back edge of the housing. With the bolt all the way on the opposite side it can't pull the whole plastic housing flat, so it flexed slightly. I bet that's the leak.
Here is a picture of mine, time to see if you have two seals in place or the retainer is hitting the case. Hard to get a good shot with strut rod for TC in the way.

I unbolted it completely. Will take better pictures once it's dry and I can maneuver there. What's 'set flush'? I have no idea what you just asked for.

I think you are right. It looks like the plastic boot part of the TV cable base is slightly bent now. That chunk was silicone, I still haven't completely removed all of it.
I think it's time to put a catch pan under it and check it out.
Your T.V. cable needs to be replaced with a new preferably G.M. t.v. cable. Here is mine, it should sit flat and flush.
look at how mine is level and flat to the case.
That cable is garbage. You need a new one and a new seal.
Yep as the others said, the base where the bolt goes through is tweaked. You'll play like hell getting it sealed.

Is TCI 376800 quality cable? If I'm replacing it now I don't want to touch it ever again. Car has Howell TBI.
G.M. cable from the dealer is all I use.
