That isn't good. Definitely have to track down where it is coming from.
I think you are right. It looks like the plastic boot part of the TV cable base is slightly bent now. That chunk was silicone, I still haven't completely removed all of it.I don't think the TV cable is fully seated on the case. The red line is laid right over the straight edge of the case. The blue line is following the bottom edge of the tv cable housing. I think what is holding the left end up is the chunk of silicone/rtv on the back edge of the housing. With the bolt all the way on the opposite side it can't pull the whole plastic housing flat, so it flexed slightly. I bet that's the leak.
