funny 203 range box idea?

i have a 400/203 range box. i am looking at using a divorced 205 in my crew cab. i was thinking does anyone make a back plate for the 203 range box to make it have a fixed yoke output to still run the drive shaft. as this would be bolted up to the tranny and then feed the divorced 205 via the stub shaft.

ORD did, i believe (i think the might have prints) but no one currently does...

You could run a ford pass drop 203 and leave the rear part of the case on, or do the same with a newer ifs 241 and just use it for the range selection.

Between getting a 241/ sye it would be about the same as whatever youd wind up getting anyways, and more reduction
