1988 Blazer 350 with TBI.Running rough and down on power.Pulled the air cleaner lid last night and noticed wet fuel inside the air cleaner.Any ideas on what would cause this?

With the air cleaner off, turn the key to on and see where it's leaking. And have a fire extingusher handy, just in case.
