Gas leak, or old gas on snow, or...?

Well, I made the drive to my neighbor’s place, and it was uneventful. Nothing flowed or dripped under the vehicle, no trail of anything leading away from where I parked, and nothing showing after parking and idling.

I’m really hoping this just could be residual hydraulic fluid and I’m overreacting because of the gas smell!

The mechanic looked under the truck where it sat (on snow) at his place, and then ran it and looked all over, put it up on a lift and checked all the fuel lines, etc....and found nothing but some residual hydraulic fluid here and there. No fuel leaks or other problems.

Maybe it was a coyote or something. Either way, good news, no leaks is good leaks!

Rust. It will put just a little color in rain and dew as it drips off the vehicle. I had rust stains on my new concrete driveway w/in a month of parking my blazer on it.
