And so your reading break away torque (what amount of force it takes to rotate the pinion), correct?? I'm not questioning your abilities or anything I'm just kinda getting a feel of what all you have going on.

Ok cool.
I think you are good with 30 lbs, but remember the pinion seal adds a pound or two to the reading.
