hey guys gotta a couple of questions for you. Just finished swapin all the parts over to my new blazer and now im getting ready to jump into the axles. Trucks an 88 and i swapped in a dana 60/ 44 from a 71 3/4 ton that has 4.10 gears with 38.5 boggers. Truck ran awesome with the stroker caddy i had in it but shes a little tired now
so it has a very mild 350 in it now maybe 300-330 horse. The truck doesnt see a ton of street miles, mostly to the trail or maybe a day or two a week to work. Im leaning towards 5.13 gears with a lockrite in the rear and a clutch type posi in the front. Does that gearing sound a little too steep with a TH400. Also im eventually rebuilding my caddy and its going back in, its pushing about 550 horse and ridiculous tq... will a lock rite hold up to that? Im not into the rocks or anything like that more or less just play in the mud. thanks
