well I did it, I sent an email to Brad Paisley with the info on the video... well see what happens... (GOD I PRAY HE DOESN'T START A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME)

That is at the corner of 96th St. and Allisonville Road down by the river. it is pretty close the the waste treatment plant so some of the mud smells like Poo. some day they are supposed to be developing some of it.

well no response from Brad. and thanks to all for the words on the video I will make more this summer when I really wheel it hard... (hopefully it will be more K5's and Suburbans there with me.)

Brad is probably out on tour,wont see his E-mail right away!..I dont think he'd mind a fan using his song unless it was being bootlegged and sold for profit--then the poop will hit the fan!-
-I had a few other artists I know rather well warn me about selling copies of their videos I copied off the TV on TNN years ago--copyright laws could put you in jail if they find out you made money off them--but the artists themselves said as long as they were given away to others in the fan clubs,no charges would be brought,they didnt really mind...But they also said it would be best just to not copy them at all..just to avoid any problems..So I keep them hidden in my closet unless I'm watching them...I dont think its illegal to have them for "private personal use"..
.many fans wanted the video's so bad they sent me checks in the mail!--I sent them back or donated the money to the fan club--many artists never had a "compilation" of all their video's for sale,due to them being on different record labels,and too many expensive legal battles and hoops to jump through to get the rights to all of them--therefore,a black market exists for them, that brings lots of cash to those willing to break the copyright laws--I'm not one of them!--
