Turbo in great shape, a little oily but no end play on the shaft, both exhaust manifolds and both upper and lower F-code intake manifolds (F-code is the TD equivalent of the J-code 6.2's). Also will include the oil feed and oil drain lines, but the crossover pipe is not included. The stock one interferes with the front driveshaft in the pass. drop trucks, and it's relatively cheap to get one custom bent by a muffler shop.

I'd like $300 for the set, and again, I'm driving to Michigan end of the month so I can take it along if anyone wants to meet me. I'll be going through MT, ND, MN, WI, IL, IN, and MI, then up to Toronto.

wish i had the disposable funds right now, just dropped a combined $1000 on a D60 and costa rica tickets .... although shipping would probably be a kick in the nuts.

if youve still got it at the end of the month, and ive got a good commission check, id be interested. Is this pretty much a direct bolt on to a J code 6.2L in an M1009??

M1009's don't have a/c right? Only issue on a 6.2 block is oil supply for the turbo, and the oil drain goes in place of the fuel pump so you need an electric pump or a creative drain. For the pressure feed I installed a T under my OPS and ran a line from there . . . You also need a crossover pipe and plumb your exhaust to the turbo. Other than that it's all direct bolt on, i.e. all the hard parts fit.

lol, i just installed a brand new lift pump.... and the trucks runnin great with it. I wonder if i could drill and tap a fitting into the top of the lift pump housing.... supply direct oil lubrication to the lift pump arm??? keep the lift pump where it is while allowing oil return???? meh, i suppose i can figure something out.

and no, the CUCV's do not have A/C

OPS? Oil Pump..... Sensor??

as for routing the exhaust.... im guessing the "crossover" pipe is actually a cross under pipe?? from the left bank, under the engine, to the right bank, which has the turbo mounted, and then the outlet of the turbo becomes the down pipe??? shouldnt be hard to have a muffler shop build a custom downpipe that has a Y split in it to keep the new exhaust and mufflers in installed not to long ago.

do ya know what shipping might be to 22309???? alexandria, va, or what the shipping weight would be.

I'll look it up in the morning, I've got another guy interested as well. Yeah, the crossover pipe goes from driver's side bank to pass. bank, and the stock pipe interferes with our front driveshaft b/c it's passenger side--I had a custom one bent, there's lots of room for it even at stock height.
