On the intake side of the turbo there is an internal piece that the impeller wheel rides inside of and then the external housing. How are these two pieces supposed to be held together? Mine are loose fitting and have lots of play. I see provisions for a set screw but it seems crazy that is the only thing holding it in place. Should they be a press fit?
Forgive me I am new to turbos this is the first one I have ever torn apart.
