28 spline and 30 spline. The 30 spline came out later, 1989 and up I beleive.

If it is for your 1990 Blazer you should have 30 spline axles front and rear.
1988 was the first year for 30 spline 10 bolts. But GM could have used some left over 27 spline in 1988 too so it is best to check the splines if you have a 88.
Pre 88 was 27 spline.
