Going back to single exhaust...DONE!

Did that rear main seal and got new exhaust on.
Went with Walker Sound F/X. 3" in and out. HUGE difference! Big muffler but works great and fit under the truck easy.
I had a strange vibration forever at idle in park and I suspected it was the cat back system causing it. Change out duals for the single and it's gone. I actually like driving it again. Took wife for a ride and we could actually have a conversation in the truck again. Thanks for the help fellas!:waytogo:

I was going to suggest looking into flo-pro mufflers, sweet sound and no drone. I had a set on my 81 and loved them. But, I see I'm a little late to this thread.

Took a long time to get it that way. Truck started leaking on the Chevy lot when it was new!
I must have cleaned off 30 lbs of grease & 23 yrs of neglect.
Kinda started with" I'll just wipe off this to see where the floor pan is cracked"...which led to chasing an oil leak by doing intake & valve covers, then oil & trans pans leaks which led to re building the t-case due to leaks then to swapping diffs because I needed to re-gear and pinion was leaking anyway which brought me to the rear main seal leaking on my fresh diffs and driveshafts!
Think I have truck compulsive disorder:tongue1:

Looks great! I did the single quiet exhaust also....use the truck mostly for hunting and don't like the rumble bouncing off all the mountains. :)
