No title no sale unless the owner is the same one selling. Then have them get a title. Just not worth the trouble. If it’s going to be a wheeling rig only the body doesn’t matter nearly as much. Without a title it doesn’t have to pass inspection. But usually rockers under the doors and top to windshield and cowl area are a couple spots. Floors and under step up area and tail pan under the tailgate. Tailgate itself rusting and window working would be good to check. Call in the vin if you absolutely must buy it. Just tough because if you decide to sell it down the road it will be a hard sell. Good luck.
