OK,

Here are the pictures of the trailer/camper done. I built the boxes on each side of the camper where the truck bed would usually sit. Had the doors finally completed, and mounted the shelfs. It's pretty slick. The doors are prepainted 20 gauge steel, that we use on our interior storage components. I had the guys in my shop, bend all of the components for the trim around the frame and just framed it up conventionally and trimmed everything out in the prefinished metal.

It turned out very slick in my opinion, it's just a cheap camper, but it works very well. I'm going to have the outside painted for now, and eventually, I will reskin the camper with new material.

Here is are the pictures of it loaded up, with everything on it, pained, new DOT reflective tape, ramps working, wiring complete, deck replaced and sealed.

Check them out.

/forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif NICE! whats the specs on your tow truck?

Tow Rig Details:

1999 Dodge CTD 3500 4x4
5 Speed Manual Trans
Edge EZ Fueling Box
Scotty II Air Box
Other than that it's a stock ride.

Love my tow rig, CTD are the setup for towing.

Nice setup!

Stupid question time:
That camper IS bolted down to the deck somehow, right? 'Cause I can't see anything holding it in place...

Ken,

Yes, on the inside of the camper thru the floor thru the deck an thru the trailer channel with 4 grade 8 bolts. Then the framing for the outside storage boxes is screwed into both the camper and the deck boards into the trailer channel. It's xtremely secured down. If it does get loose somewhere, it's not going to be pretty.

Dude! That looks familiar. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

Sweet setup though I wish I had the money for something similar.
Someday maybe. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
