After the angle wrench conversation we had the other day, I was looking around, and stumbled on this 1-11/16 Snap On angle wrench on eBay. It was in Japan, and very cheap. The shipping was under $10. I thought it might be a scam.

What application? 1-13/16 is a used size. Don’t think I’ve ever used 1- 11/16.
Very expensive to buy off the truck!

Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it! The reason I know Snap On doesn’t make a 1-9/16” angle wrench is because I needed one once, and couldn’t get one. It was too cheap (relatively) not to buy it.

I am posting these because, we are all getting older.
The arthritis in my hands is getting bad. Releasing and air chuck at 150psi is almost not possilbe. Especially towards the end of the day.
I ran across these watching a video.
I highly recommend them. I am not sure on lasting if dropped. They do appear to be built well. The other Milton Industrial stuff I have bought are first rate. So I expect these to last.
Zero air pressure when the tool is plugged in or removed. Then the red lock/release charges or discharges the pressure. I have used them for a week. I may need to buy another set.

We have some of these Parker E-z-mate ones at work. They were here when I came to work here. Kinda big but same concept. Turn the air off and they vent then release.
Side note...have you tried collagen peptides for your arthritis. It's a colorless tasteless powder you can get at Walmart. I would mix like 2 big spoonfuls in with my coffee each morning but it can go in anything. Really helped mine.

I just saw the video, but have no experience with Merlin stuff. good to know the quality isn't there
I've bought and used Milton for gauges and chucks; always thought their stuff was good quality.

At my old plant we used the Parker fittings on every single piece of tooling; they worked and held up great - no lever to get in the way or risk getting getting externally broke from abuse because it was at point of use.
In areas that did not require constant changing out of tooling from an airline we used the Milton type valves ( don’t recall the brand name ) at the hard line source where possible.
Both types had their preferred place of use and benefits and worked great in an industrial environment.
Those look sweet. I like that they accept the different coupler types.
curious to see how long they go before leaking. Every universal female coupler we ever tried seem to go @ 2months before leaking. These were name brand, Lincoln, Milton, Snap-on. Granted these were used 6 days a week 9+ hours a day in a fleet shop, long before electric was a viable thing.
Wade why are you running 150 psi at your tools ? 90 is spec and 110-120 is a nice boost. I set the tank at 175 and run 110 at my tools.

Tank is at 175 for the blasting cabinet.
I oil mine religiously. I had one tool come apart. Eastwood brand nibbler. Dock stores tool is a better quality than that thing was.Of course I have some CHEAP azz 40 year old tools that have been a used too
Might have something to do with my worries. Lol.
