got her back on her feet today!!!pics inside!!

looks like too much angle to me. I'd say move the flips back 2" or so. Going to add lift, but really help that angle. As it stands, you have little to no room for compression, and its just going to bend leaf springs when you max out that shackle.

Your leaf springs look bent as well... usually there isn't the change in arch like you have there.
 
i dont think the springs are bent i looked them over very well when i had it apart...remeber they are 56s not 52s..as far as the angle goes whats gonna happen if i have too much???
 
I guess you probably posted that as I edited mine, reread to see what I said could happen.

And, I have a burb on 56s before, don't remember them having that slight bend, thats usually a sign of bent leaves. Granted, not overly bent, but bent. Only get worse from that point, but until it does, wouldn't worry about it.
 
i think youve got the brackets on backwards for 56's. that will fix the angle issue

thanks for the help im just tired and frustrated..like 2 days of work there just to go back and re do all of it...
 
Man now you know, I had to do about 4 hrs work over on the front of my last build becuse of the shakle angle also, Dave

Been there!!! But the really rough stuff is done. Now it's just fine tuning more or less! And it'll be great to be done! :D

thanks dontoe i feel better this morning after getting some ret last night...still dont feel like taking it all apart again but oh well what can you do..
