The box from HAD arrived today, with 4 yokes, 1 for the 14FF, 1 for the D60, and 2 32spline 205 yokes, all drilled to accept U bolts!

Needless to say they're HUGE, a good bit wider than my hand! Unfortunatly the buggers arn't cheap at all!
I managed to offset the cost of he yokes by scoring 1410 Driveshafts out of a 1993 Dodge with a cummins for $35, with new u joints at both ends! Just gotta finish my rear susp and then I'll get these suckas retubed!

Everyone needs 35* capable drivelines! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Excellent choice (IMO), that's exactly what I run with the exception of the Dodge shafts...

Is that what they max at? Jesse told me 28*, that's why I went with the big CV up front.

No real reason, other than I didn't have any handy. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif I went with square shafts after having experienced round tube cork screws. But that led to other issues that I'm currently trying to address. One thing about it, I don't break shafts! /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

The Driveshaft Bible on pirate saysa max angle is 37*. I fnd that pretty hard to believe. When I mocked these things up, there is some SERIOUS angle that these are capable of, I'll get an angle finder on them when they're mounted.

That said you could grind them a bit and coax more out of them.

I dunno, I just wanted the simplicity of 1410 joints...big...and simple.

By "the big CV" do you mean 42* CV?

Yes. I have been told this is my only option as my shaft rides at 28* at ride height.

Without swapping my front output to 32 spline, 1410 was out of the question for me right now anyway. I asked Jesse for a suggestion and he said to try the 42* CV and that it will work out great.

Pics to come in a few days, it shipped last week and it should be here tomorrow or Thursday or Friday at the very latest.

This is the italian 42* CV, modified by Jesse.
