I've been a longtime lurker and a rare poster for quite some time. I got my 83 K5 back from paint and body after being in storage there for quite some time. I've been driving it daily for about a month now. I had all new exterior paint and the interior was completely rhino-lined from firewall to tailgate. Along with some minor interior repair and a new dash it has turned out real well. I'm not pretending that this is anything more than a daily driver with some Texas beach cruising duty so I won't be a good source for any 14BFF information or how-to's on transfer case doubling. I am somewhat interested in any input on the shackle flip as I have 4 inch blocks in the back.
