I've also noticed some WICKED frame tweeking and punishment on the u-bolts, but I kinda figured on that /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Interesting... /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

I was curious what to expect since I'll be using a spool in my 70. /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif

You gonna be driving it on the street? If not, or not a lot, then don't sweat it. I notice it on pavement during tight turning manuvers...

Re: Got my spool installed :)

Yeah, it'll strictly be a toy so it wont be going to work a lot. I don't mind the odd characteristics but I didn't want to be going down the road looking like those guys from "A Night At The Roxbury". /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

You are HELL and far away from looking like those cat's /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif

The quirks, IMO, are worth it, even more so if it's a toy. You know my plan for rocks includes spools /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Nah, screw that, I like steering. I gots a pop-right up front for now. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Re: Got my spool installed :)

When the back is locked in on dirt you can't steer anyway. Even with open diffs in 4wd and a little gas its straight ahead in the mud, regardless of which way you turn the wheel (for the most part).
