That really sucks. I've heard of horror stories of people going back and told to pound sand! I guess the saving grace is they're offering to fix it.
That's the frustrating part... they ARE going to fix it so really they're probably doing all they're going to be required to do if push came to shove.
Ideally we would want them to replace them though I'm sure.
