got some warn hubs and a question

Well more power to ya !!!! I used an old spud bar that had the spade end busted off and I couldn't get the shafts to come out far enough. I also tryed a crowbar and for the grand fanaly I bent a craftsmen pry-bar (the set of 3 with the red handles) I bent 2 out of the 3 and I bent an old steel shafted hammer! Good luck. Let us know if you get them on there.

I should mention that we would hook a chain to what we were using to pry with and the other end to my uncle's John D tractor. Didn't want you guys thinking I was some steroid freak.
well I Know why the other side went on so easy. It is missing the spacer
Still have flippin Idea why I cant get the clip on the other side. Damn now I need to get a seal kit for the spindles. So much the 10 bolt being the cheaper way to go.

Just a thought, but did you maybe accidently get the spacer from one axle onto the other (doubling it up) and this is why you can't get the clip in?
nah never even touched em till I started this whole thing. LOl I wish It was like that though 
The other stub shaft is not looking great as far as seals go, so i figure I should replace it depending on price and difficulty. Havent seen anyprices as far as that goes

It is an SBK-1 kit and they're only about $12.00. You get a new spindle bearing, spacer shim, spindle seal, and also the slinger seal.
Yes, Napa should carry it. It should be the same part number as well. As for removing the bearing, well i use a blind end puller then once the puller head is installed and tightened i use a drift from the back side to drive it out. The seal just sits on top of the bearing once you have the new bearing installed and the slinger seal just stretchs over the slinger.

Parts 48, 49, 50, 51, and 52 come in the Napa kit. You can order each part separately from 4wheel supply at about 1/2 the total price but it will take a couple of weeks to get them in. Napa should have the whole kit on the shelf.stoney126 said:

I don't think I can add anything to this - 4x4high has once again saved the day
jesus, went to napa and they had no clue on what I was talking about. I even brought the picture and list. looked at 4wheel supply and didnt see anything as far as seals and stuff. What would be my cost to use the 60????
I think I have the boxes and part numbers. I'll check when I get home. D60 - probably $750 - 1000 to get one to rebuild. $2500 to $5000 built and ready to bolt in from Curry or elsewhere.
The CLICK - NAPA kit is supposed to have everything you need. If it didn't, take it back. It was incomplete.
