got the 514 painted

the covers are a metallic light blue, and the oil pan is also, its just not installed yet

it will be in as soon as i can afford the parts you dont see.... carb, harmonic balancer, starter, torque converter, plugs, wires etc... hopefully soon though /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
oh and i wont drive it too much on streets so gas isnt the main concern /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Actually the Caddy motors are known for getting decent mileage numbers compared to say the 454 or Furds 460. Maybe its the torque and running the RPM range down low. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
