i was hooked up by roadnotca with the one of the great t-case shifter knobs he sells. he did great work. he custom makes these to fit the shift levers of whatever gearboxes you might have. his service is excellent, and his product is just plain cool.

if you never have used a round shift knob, try one they fit perfectly in the hand, and feel smooth. I will be gettin one soon also.
