yes they are. a bench seat in a pickup will fit in a suburban i believe.

so the front ones bolt to the floor like the pickup, not partway up the pillar like the K5's (pictured).

yes all the crap's on the floor. it has a top piece on the side of the truck for the shoulder belt like in the picture ther at the top
