thanks guys for the props. I really enjoy helping someone out whenever I can. especially when it comes to machining or related subjects. I have worked with old timers that tought me alot then I have worked with guys that would not teach you anything cause they were affraid you would take their job or something. I allways appreciated learning from the old timers, so its the least I could do is pass on the knowledge out of respect for those cool old guys that have forgot more then I will probably ever know. I have about 15 yrs machining experience. I have worked with guys with 40 years experience. I know I have good skills but really im still just a pup to those guys. I have mad respect for them.
