ive already got herculiner in my truck, could i spray this over top that or does it have to be on clean metal?

You can spray it right over top of existing liner. Just prep it like you would if the liner wasn't there.
Just remember the Al's Liner adhesion is only as good as the Herculiner it is sprayed on. If the Herculiner is lifting, then the Al's will go right with it eventually.

Hey guys, for those interested, I've still got plenty here. I ordered about 35 gallons and about a dozen guns, I've got about half of them to keep in stock, and I'll honor the GP price until these are gone for any CK5 members. After that the price will go up to $95 per gallon and $55 per gun.
