Billavista has a tech article on Pirate with these specs -

Torque specs are:
8 stud (bias) rim - Tighten to 55 ft/lbs initially, then final torque to 65 ft/lbs
12 stud (bias and radial) rim - Tighten to 85 ft/lbs initially, then final torque to 125 ft/lbs.
When finished, the gap between the rim halves should be no greater than 1.5 thou (0.0015")

That said, he later states that he had to tq his to 75 ft/lbs to close the gap between the halves.

Oh, fwiw, I used an air gun on mine and just worked them down until the nuts were tight and gaps were gone. Mine are probably closer to 100 ft/lbs.

Remember, anti-seize or a lubricant is your friend! I got in a hurry and did my first rim dry and killed 3 studs. :doah:
