I don’t see a DOT stamping on those and since they say racing version I’m wondering if they are DOT approved or is this for off road use only?

Got some new plug housings off eBay
Old ones fell apart when touched

I have changed the lights in all my vehicles to LED bulb replacement. On the older PU's I went on line and bought the H4 glass housings and installed the LED bulbs. BIG difference in light projection! One thing I found is that the fluteing on the H4 glass housings is for halogen bulbs. This does cause a slight problem on the beam pattern. I found out that the H4 LED spins in it's base and can be twisted to find a proper beam pattern. Putt he LED bulb in the housing and hook up to a voltage source and shine the bulb against a large flat surface to see the beam pattern. IF it is not what you like see if the bulb housing will twist cw/ccw to adjust the pattern. Mine did and I was able to adjust for the beam pattern .

Do you remember where you got the H4 LED replacements? 8 have always heard of guys having problems with the beam control when going to LED. I have never heard of ones that could be adjusted. That sounds like a good feature!

i went and looked at oreilys to see about some silvainia bulbs that are supposed to be led equivalent and
