Welp i was on my way to bear river yesterday and i get about 60 miles from home in Jackson Ca and my drive shaft decides to let loose...the C/V joint went out for the 3rd time now...i just replaced it befor the holister trip....maybe 6000 miles on it at most...and have a gusher for a oil leak too....too much stuff to fix so little cash! damn it...i should be puttin this cash twards the 72!..oh well [censored] happens i guess.

not quite at the same time, but on the same trip! LOL and that is on 'Jedi Mind Trick' - my new on-road k5.

the good thing about it is this is my family travel vehicle (and we travel a LOT) so at least I'll know exactly what I've got.

kinda funny cuz I just got done getting my gearing changed / axles rebuilt &amp; put new wheels on with tires.

now the thing is gonna have a completely rebuilt / new drive train!

i was in jackson at around 5 5:30...on saturday night...why did you go hwy 88 to sonora?...isent it off 108/120?

I didn't say I was in Jackson. I was up buy that way.. We were going to go down to Jackson on Friday. But we stayed up there the whole time and fished. And wheeled. I was going to take my daughter down there and do a little gold mining.But just not enogh time......Dan

If it ain't broke.......Don't fix it....
