hail damge--Paintless Dent Removal?? (storm today )

what is the deal on "paintless dent removal"? we had a storm go through today, and all 3 of our vehicles got hit. my wifes RAV4 got the most.

is there anything i can do at home to remove them? or am i body shop bound?

Ive heard dry ice will pop em out, but if that doesnt work it looks like you might want to try the paintless dent removal places
