It always seems that whenever they have a 50% off sale they stock the yard with a bunch of crap and save the good stuff for after the sale???

I like go a week or two early and find the good part and stash em till the sale;)

Does anyone know how much they charge for an engine? I need a TBI 350 longblock for my truck, and might be willing to consider a junkyarding run to grab an engine this weekend...

How about warantees?
 
I love Pick n Pull. Bought a guage bezel, dual electric fans, and a non cracked dashboard for $56!!

Wish I could make it to the sale but going out of town this weekend. Might go up there soon to check out what kind of seats I can find. They never have any 1 tons out here though.
 
Pic n pull here sux. Ive only seen 1 full size Blazer in the last 4 years. they have some suburbans on occasion. Most stuff is newer jap crap.
 
They had a full size one time recently. Jumped in and bought a few tailgate parts off it and went back a couple weeks later to get mucho interior parts but it was gone. Every time a yard around here gets a K5 it goes fast!
 
round here a fully complete 350 carb to pan pre 85 was $495 all pulled and tested already for you. im unsure of the warranty. probably "5-15" 5 to get it outta here 15 to forget about it
 
Well I just got back from the Pick N Pull in Summit IL. I've never been there before and was really impresed. There were about six k-5s, one of them had a 4" lift and one was the real rare 2wd version! Well I only bought a pair of F-250 shock towers for $20 and I got an XJ steering shaft for $6. We spent most of the time there pulling a 14 bolt ff from a van for my brother's future project. That was $87. Im going back next week for sure.
 
I saw one late 70's 1/2ton pick-up. Had a 203 t-case i was thinking of taking
 
Pick-n-pull 1/2 price weekends scored me a $108 D60F, and an np205, already pulled, just waiting for me to pick up, for $67.
 
why the hell is the pic n pull out here not one of the ones that has the half off. I called them last time and they wer totally clueless to wtf I was talking about..damn you people with local pic n pulls

The next time they send an email telling me there's a 1/2 price weekend coming up......
Every other month or so.
 
I scored a 6 lug 14sf for $100. That wasnt half off, but I'm happy.
